What are the odds that my Scottish friend Clare who lives in Tokyo would speak with her friend from Scotland who lives in London and is dating an Argentinian guy, to find out that this guy has a friend from Argentina visiting in London whose name is Marina and who happens to know me?

Well, an e-mail from Clare this morning proved that the world is indeed small.
